However, we would like to inform you of our strict cancellation policy, designed to ensure the smooth operation of our studio and maintain the quality of our services.

Cancellation Notice:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@kalinaartstudio.com
All cancellation charges with carry addition 6% credit card processing fee.

Cancellation Charges:

– Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total event cost.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event cost.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the total event cost.

No Refunds:

Kalina Art Studio has a strict no-refund policy for cancellations.
Once the cancellation period has passed, no refunds will be issued, and the full event cost will be charged.

Rescheduling:

In certain cases, Kalina Art Studio may allow rescheduling of the event to a mutually agreed upon date, subject to availability and approval.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the original event date.

Force Majeure:

Kalina Art Studio will not be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or emergencies.
